The SKIM601MLI07E4 is a SKiM® 4 IGBT Module for use with UPS and 3-level inverter. It features isolated by Al₂O₃ DCB (Direct Copper Bonded) ceramic substrate and spring contact system to attach driver PCB to the control terminals.
