Product Overview
BU931P is an automotive-grade high voltage ignition coil driver NPN power darlington transistor developed using multi-epitaxial planar technology. It has been properly designed for automotive environment as electronic ignition power actuators. Application includes high ruggedness electronic ignitions.
- AEC-Q101 qualified
- Very rugged bipolar technology, high operating junction temperature
- 100μA max collector cut-off current (VBE = 0V, VCE = 500V, TC = 25°C)
- 20mA max emitter cut-off current (IC= 0A, VEB = 5V, TC = 25°C)
- 400V min collector-emitter sustaining voltage (B= 0A, IC = 100mA, TC = 25°C)
- 300 min DC current gain (IC = 5A, VCE = 10V, TC = 25°C)
- 2.5V max diode forward voltage (IF = 10A, TC = 25°C)
- 15μs typ storage time (VBE=0, VCC = 12V, Vclamp = 300V, L = 7mH, TC = 25°C)
- 0.5μs typ fall time (VBE=0, VCC = 12V, Vclamp = 300V, L = 7mH, TC = 25°C)
