Product Overview
L9613B is a data interface. This monolithic integrated circuit containing standard ISO 9141 compatible interface functions.
- Supply VCC current is 1.4mA typical at (VCC <lt/> 5.5V, VLI,VTX = 0V)
- Bidirectional K-I/O pin with supply voltage dependent input threshold
- Over temperature shut down function selective to K-I/O pin, TTL compatible TX input
- Defined OFF output status in under voltage condition and VS or GND interruption
- Controlled output slope for low EMI, defined K output OFF for TX input open
- High input impedance for open VS or GND connection, EMI robustness optimized
- Input current is 4µA typical at (VS = 4.8 to 18V, VCC = 3 to 7V, Tj = -40 to +150°C)
- Input threshold hysteresis is 1V max at (VS = 4.8 to 18V, VCC = 3 to 7V, Tj = -40 to +150°C)
- Transmission frequency is 130KHz minimum at (VS = 4.8 to 18V, VCC = 3 to 7V, Tj = -40 to +150°C)
- Output ON impedance is 10 ohm typical at (VS = 4.8 to 18V), SO8 package
