Product Overview
CT2674A is a general purpose series 100MHz, 1x/10x switchable oscilloscope probe with additional REF switch position. The REF position grounds the input tip allowing for convenient trace levelling. It is a high quality, general purpose 5mm passive voltage oscilloscope probe.
- High impedance input (10Mohm/16pF - 10x position)
- Risetime is 58/3.5ns, output impedance is 1Mohm
- 10−35pF compensation range
- 300V CAT II IEC rating
- Meets IEC 61010-031 standards
- 1.2m cable length
- Operating temperature range from 0° to +50° C
