36850 Coventry™ sealed fabric swab is constructed from either a non-woven or a knit fabric. The head is thermoformed and welded to the handle in a single step using a proprietary process that yields an exceptionally clean swab that will not fall apart. The heads are made from either polyester knit, a polyester/nylon microfiber knit, or a polyester non-woven fabric. This swab are acid and solvent resistant, including acetone. It is compatible with most common solvents and dilute or weak acids, as well as ketones such as acetone or methyl ethyl ketone. Aqua Prime™ process available on all polyester swabs. Application includes validate biogenetic/pharmaceutical surfaces, clean disk drive components, clean sensitive surfaces in optics, clean aerospace hardware.
