Product Overview
The BAT54TW-7-F is an ultra-small surface mount Schottky Barrier Diode Array encapsulated in a moulded plastic case. It has matte tin (lead-free plating) annealed over alloy 42 lead frame terminals and PN junction guard ring for transient and ESD protection.
