Product Overview
ULN2003AS16-13 is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington array that contains seven open collector common emitter pairs. Suppression diodes are included for inductive load driving. The inputs and outputs are pinned in opposition to simplify board layout. It is capable of driving a wide range of loads including solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays, filament lamps, thermal print-heads, and high-power buffers.

- Inputs compatible with popular logic types
- On-state input voltage is 2.4V max at IC=200mA, VCE=2V, TA=+25°C
- Collector emitter saturation voltage is 0.9V typ at II=250µA, IC=100mA, TA=+25°C
- Clamp forward voltage is 1.7V typ at IF=350mA, TA=+25°C
- Off-state input current is 65µA typ at VCE=50V, IC=500µA, TA=+25°C
- Input current is 0.93mA typ at VI=3.85V, TA=+25°C
- Clamp reverse current is 100µA max at TA=+105°C, VR=50V
- SO-16 package
- Operating ambient temperature range from -40 to 105°C
