CA8 CLEAR 1 OZ

The CA-8 is an Instant Adhesive, high-strength, rapid-setting cyanoacrylate adhesive that cures at room temperature. It has excellent adhesion to many metals, plastics and rubbers and produces bonds with more shock resistance than many typical cyanoacrylate adhesives. Its low viscosity helps the adhesive quickly flow and creates a thin later that bonds in seconds. This fast-acting cyanoacrylate can be used to create a rapid-setting bond in production applications that require fast-paced, high volume processes. Handling strength is achieve between 5 and 40 seconds, depending on environmental conditions and reach its full bond strength within 24 hours, providing an impressive shear strength of 2000 pound-force per square inch. The Scotch-Weld™ instant adhesive bonds to similar and dissimilar materials including rigid foam (beadboard styrene), flexible foam (latex, urethane), fabric, felt, cork & fibrous glass, rigid foam (urethane) and plastics (high performance nylon).
