1 INCH-D1-4V-MINI is a miniature amplified output pressure sensor. It is based upon a proprietary technology to reduce all output offset or common mode errors. It provides a calibrated amplified output with superior output offset characteristics. Output offset errors due to change in temperature, stability to warm-up, stability to long time period, and position sensitivity are all significantly reduced when compared to conventional compensation methods. In addition, the sensor utilizes a silicon, micromachined, stress concentration enhanced structure to provide a very linear output to measured pressure. It is intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air, dry gases and the like. Application includes medical instrumentation, environmental controls, HVAC.
- Temperature compensated, calibrated zero and span
- Operating pressure is ±1 in H2O, 4V nominal span
- 100 in H2O proof pressure, 200 in H2O burst pressure
- Offset voltage at zero differential pressure is 2.25V nominal
- Offset position sensitivity (±1g) is ±5mV nominal
- Span shift (5°C-50°C) is ±2%FSS maximum
- Supply voltage range from +4.5 to +5.5VDC
- Linearity, hysteresis error is 0.05%FSS nominal
- Offset long term drift is ±10mV nominal
- Operating temperature range from -25 to 85°C
