1 PSI-D-PRIME-MV is a millivolt output pressure sensor. It provides a calibrated millivolt output with excellent output offset characteristics. In addition, the sensor utilizes a silicon, micromachined, stress concentration enhanced structure to provide a very linear output to measured pressure. This calibrated and temperature compensated sensor gives an accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. It is intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air, dry gases and the like. It is the highest accuracy version of the millivolt output pressure sensor. The output of the device is radiometric to the supply voltage and operation from any DC supply voltage up to +16V is acceptable. Application includes medical Instrumentation, environmental controls, HVAC.

• Offset voltage is ±0.3mV at zero differential pressure max
• Offset temperature shift is ±250uV max (0°C-70°C)
