SLPPC85BSB1 is a SLPIRBBPSB0 SurLok Plus™ compression lug from Amphenol Industrial is field installable, highly reliable lug. This environmentally sealed lug is available in smaller size and features secondary locking system, quick lock and press to release design. SurLok Plus™ lug is compact, quick mating and robust product by incorporating the latest R4 RADSOK® technology. Use of industry standard crimp, screw and busbar termination options eliminates the need for special torque tools. The RADSOK® high amperage contact technology utilizes high tensile strength properties of a stamped and formed, high conductivity alloy grid to produce low insertion forces while maintaining a large conductive surface area. The R4 version of the RADSOK® represents the culmination of three years of research and development in laser welding copper based alloys. Applications include EV/HEV, BMS/energy storage, rail mass transition, process control/automation, medical and heavy equipment.
