AD7273 is a 10bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation ADC. This part contains a low noise, wide bandwidth track-and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 55MHz. It use advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at high throughput rates.
- Throughput rate: 3MSPS high throughput with low power consumption
- Specified for VDD of 2.35V to 3.6V
- Power consumption: 11.4mW at 3MSPS with 3V supplies
- 55MHz typ full power bandwidth, 70dB SNR at 1MHz input frequency
- Flexible power/serial clock speed management, allows max power efficiency at low throughput rates
- No pipeline delays
- High speed serial interface SPI®-/QSPI™-/MICROWIRE™-/DSP-compatible
- THD:-73dB max, DNL: ±1LSB max, gain error: ±3.5LSB max
- 8 lead MSOP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
