AD74115 is a single-channel, software-configurable, input and output device for industrial control applications. It provides a wide range of use cases, integrated on a single chip. This use case includes analog output, analog input, digital output, digital input, resistance temperature detector (RTD), and thermocouple measurement capability. A serial peripheral interface (SPI) is used to handle all communications to the device. The digital input and digital outputs can be accessed via the SPI or the general-purpose input and output (GPIO) pins to support higher-speed data rates. The device features a 16bit, Σ-Δ analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and a 14bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC). It contains a high accuracy 2.5V on-chip reference that can be used as the DAC and ADC reference. Applications include isolated industrial control systems, process control, factory automation, building control systems.

- Typ output noise is 0.17LSB p-p (0.1Hz to 10Hz bandwidth, 100Kohm load, TA= -40 to +105°C)
- 48-lead LFCSP package, temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
