AD7992 is a 12bit, low power, successive approximation ADC with an I2C-compatible interface. The part operates from a single power supply and features a 2µs conversion time. The part contains a 2-channel multiplexer and track and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies up to 11MHz. The AD7992 provides a 2-wire serial interface compatible with I2C interfaces. The AD7992-0 supports standard and fast I2C interface modes.
- 2 single-ended analog input channels specified for VDD of 2.7V to 5.5V
- Low power consumption and fast throughput rate: up to 188KSPS
- Sequencer operation
- Automatic cycle mode
- Out-of-range indicator/alert function
- Pin-selectable addressing via AS
- Shutdown mode: 1µA max, ±1LSB max INL, +1/-0.9LSB max DNL
- 70.5dB min SINAD, 71dB min SNR, -78dB max THD
- 10 lead MSOP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
