AD8075 is a high-speed triple video buffer with G= +1 and +2 respectively. Typical application includes RGB buffer in LCD and plasma displays, RGB driver and video routers.
- Dual supply ±5V
- High-speed fully buffered inputs and outputs
- 600MHz bandwidth (-3dB) at 200mV p-p and 500MHz bandwidth (-3dB) 2Vp-p
- 1600V/µs slew rate, G = +1 and 1350V/µs slew rate, G = +2
- Fast settling time of 4ns
- Low supply current of <lt/>30mA
- Excellent video specifications (RL = 150 ohm) 0.01%/0.01° differential gain/phase error
- “All Hostile“ Crosstalk, -80dB at 10MHz and -50dB at 100MHz
- High “OFF” isolation of 90dB at 10MHz, low cost and fast output disable feature
- 16 lead TSSOP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
