Aperçu du produit
ADA4922-1 is a differential driver for 16bit to 18bit analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) that have differential input ranges up to ±20V. Configured as an easy-to-use, single-ended to differential amplifier, the ADA4922-1 requires no external components to drive ADC. The ADA4922-1 provides essential benefits such as low distortion and high SNR that are required for driving ADCs with resolutions up to 18bit. Typical application includes high voltage data acquisition systems, industrial instrumentation, spectrum analysis, ATE and medical instruments.
- Single ended to differential conversion
- Low distortion (Vo, dm =40V p-p), -99dBc HD at 100KHz
- Low differential output referred noise of 12nV/√Hz
- High input impedance of 11Mohm
- Fixed gain of 2 (no external gain components required)
- Low input bias current of 3.5μA maximum and low O/P-referred offset voltage of 1.1mV max
- Wide supply range from 5V to 26V, can produce differential output signals in excess of 40V p-p
- High speed, 38MHz, -3dB bandwidth at 0.2V p-p differential output
- Fast settling time of 260ns to 0.01% for 12V step on ±5V supplies
- 8 lead NSOIC-EP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
