Aperçu du produit
ADXL363BCCZ-RL7 is an ultralow power, a three-sensor combination consisting of a 3-axis MEMS accelerometer, a temperature sensor, and an on-board analog-to-digital converter (ADC) input for synchronous conversion of an external signal. The entire system consumes less than 2µA at a 100Hz output data rate and 270nA when in motion-triggered wake-up mode. It communicates via a serial port interface (SPI) and always provides 12bit output resolution for all three sensors. In addition to the accelerometer and temperature sensor, this device also provides access to an internal ADC for synchronous conversion of an additional analog input. It operates on a wide 1.6V to 3.5V supply range, and can interface, if necessary, to a host operating on a separate, lower supply voltage. It is used in applications such as home healthcare devices, wireless sensors, motion motion-enabled metering devices.
- Accelerometer, temperature sensor, and provision for third analog sensor input
- Built-in features for motion-based system level power savings
- Adjustable threshold sleep/wake modes for motion activation
- Deep embedded FIFO minimizes host processor load
- Awake state output enables implementation of standalone, motion activated switch
- Power can be derived from coin cell battery, SPI digital interface
- Supply current (measurement mode) is 1.95µA typical at (TA = 25°C, VS = 2V)
- Differential nonlinearity is ±1.8LSB typical at (VS = 1.6V)
- Gain error is -4.3LSB typical at (VS = 1.6V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 16-terminal LGA package
