HMC321ALP4E

HMC321ALP4E is a broadband no reflective GaAs SP8T switch in low cost. Covering DC to 8GHz, this switch offers high isolation and low insertion loss. This switch also includes an on board binary decoder circuit which reduces the required logic control lines to three. The switch operates using a positive control voltage of 0/+5 volts, and requires a fixed bias of +5 volts. This switch is suitable for usage in 50-ohm or 75-ohm systems. Typical applications includes broadband, fiber optics, switched filter banks, wireless below 8GHz.

• Typical return loss (RF1 - RF8) is 15dB (Off State, 2.0-8.0GHz, TA=25°C, with 0/+5V control, 50 ohm)
• Typical input power for 1dB compression is 26dBm (0.5-8.0GHz, TA=+25°C, with 0/+5V control, 50 Ohm)
• Typ input third order intercept is 38dBm (2-tone input power=+7dBm each tone, 1MHz spacing, A=+25°C)
• Typical switching characteristics is 25ns (tRISE, tFALL (10/90% RF), TA=+25°C)
• 24-lead QFN package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
