HMC3587LP3BE is a HBT gain block MMIC amplifier. This versatile amplifier can be used as a cascadable IF or RF gain stage in 50 Ohm applications. Typical application includes cellular / PCS / 3G, fixed wireless and WLAN, CATV, cable modem and DBS, microwave radio and test equipment, IF and RF applications.
- Frequency range from 4 to 5GHz (TA = +25°C, Vcc = 5V, Vpd = 5V)
- Gain is 14.5dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vcc = 5V, Vpd = 5V, 4 to 5GHz)
- Gain variation over temperature is 0.009dB / °C (typ, TA = +25°C, Vcc = 5V, Vpd = 5V, 4 to 5GHz)
- Input return loss is 14dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vcc = 5V, Vpd = 5V, 4 to 5GHz)
