HMC412BMS8GE is a passive double balanced mixer that operates from 8GHz to 16GHz. This device operates with LO drive levels between 9dBm to 15dBm and provides 8dB of conversion loss across the entire specified frequency band. This mixer requires no external components or bias. It is widely used in applications such as long haul radio platforms, microwave radio, VSAT etc.
- Conversion loss is 8dB typical at (TA = +25°C, IF = 1.45GHz, LO power= +13dBm)
- Noise figure, single sideband (SSB) is 8dB typical at (TA = +25°C, IF = 1.45GHz)
