MAX3093EEUE+

The MAX3093EEUE+ is a ±15KV ESD-protected, 10Mbps, 5V, low power quad RS422/RS485 receiver in 16 pin TSSOP package. This rugged, low power RS422/RS485 receiver features electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for use in harsh environments. Receiver's inputs are protected to ±15KV using IEC 1000-4-2 air-gap discharge, ±8KV using IEC 1000- 4-2 contact discharge and ±15KV using the human body model. This device is used in telecommunications equipment, level translators and ESD sensitive applications.

• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Propagation delay tolerance is ±8ns
• Allow up to 128 receivers on the bus
