MAX6037AAUKADJ+T

The MAX6037AAUKADJ+T is a low dropout, micropower voltage reference with shutdown mode in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This is a low dropout, micropower voltage reference with adjustable output voltage ranging from 1.184V to 5V. The output is stable driving loads from 0.02μF to 1μF and can source and sink 5mA of load current. It offers a low temperature coefficient of ±6ppm/°C and initial accuracy of 0.2%. The low dropout voltage and independent supply voltage, low supply current makes this device ideal for battery powered applications.

• Maximum shutdown current is 500nA
• Maximum quiescent current is 250μA
• Supply voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V
• Maximum low dropout voltage is 100mA at 1mA load current
• Noise voltage is 6μVP-P at 0.1Hz to 10Hz
