Aperçu du produit
MAX691ACPE+ is a microprocessor supervisory circuit. It improves performance with 30μA supply current, 200ms typ reset active delay on power-up, and 6ns chip-enable propagation delay. Features include write protection of CMOS RAM or EEPROM, separate watchdog outputs, backup-battery switchover, and a RESET output that is valid with VCC down to 1V. Typical applications are computers, controllers, intelligent instruments, critical μP power monitoring.

- On-board gating of chip-enable signals, 10ns maximum delay
- MaxCap® or SuperCap compatible
- Guaranteed active-low RESET assertion to VCC = +1V
- Voltage monitor for power-fail or low-battery warning
- 16-pin plastic DIP package
- Temperature rating range from -0°C to +70°C
- Operating voltage range from 0 to 5.5V
- VCC-to-VOUT on-resistance is 0.8ohm typ (VCC = 4.5V)
- Reset threshold hysteresis is 15mV typical
