Q5ZKLAF1800-Q8 is a Q5Z series laser sensor with simple set-up and powerful sensing. The sensor comes fully configured with powerful two point background suppression teach mode. Simply mount it to the machine and use the convenient single button to teach the sensor. If a custom configuration is needed for a high volume application. A single button is all that is needed to teach the sensor. For greater functionality, IO-Link can be used for advanced programming and diagnostics. In addition, Banner’s Remote Sensor Display (RSD) can be used for product changeover and easy device replacement. Q5Z offers two independent discrete outputs in a durable IP67 housing that delivers exceptionally high excess gain to detect the most challenging targets from shiny metal to black rubber. Flexible mounting options are available with a variety of brackets, a dovetail mount, and the 270º swivel quick disconnect.
