The 7807A 010500 is a Coaxial Cable with 17AWG solid bare copper conductor and a gas-injected foam high density polyethylene insulation. This RG-58 cable comes with a black polyethylene jacket, Duofoil® aluminum foil-polyester tape shield (100% coverage) and tinned copper braid shield (95% coverage). The Duofoil® is a shield in which metallic foil is applied to both sides of a supporting polyester film. The coaxial cable is perhaps the most common, basic and easy-to-understand cables. Basically, this cable is used to transmit electrical energy or signals, from one location to another, to connect a source to a load, such as a transmitter to an antenna.
