- 0.15psi pressure, surface mount terminals, dual port/horizontal style
- Compensated analog output, ultra-low pressure sensing
- For use in clean, dry air and non-corrosive gas environments
- Amplified analog output, 12bit DAC resolution
- 200Hz sampling range, 25ms typical analog update time
- Accuracy is ±0.25%FS at 25°C
- Supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V, output current is 1.9mA
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
