The HCPL-0201-000E is an Optically-coupled Logic Gate contains a GaAsP LED while it contains an AlGaAs LED. The detectors have totem pole output stages and optical receiver input stages with built-in Schmitt triggers to provide logic-compatible waveforms, eliminating the need for additional wave shaping. It guarantees common mode transient immunity of 10kV/µs at a common mode voltage of 1000V.

- Low input current (1.6 to 1.8mA)
