- Tiny footprint size (0402) and low profile for space-constrained mobile applications
- Ultra-low resistance, quick response
- 6V voltage rating, 500mA holding current, 1A tripping current (at 23°C)
- 0.1s time to trip (at 23°C), 50A maximum current rating, 0.06ohm maximum DC resistance
- 10mm length, 10mm width, 6.5mm height
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
