BGA614H6327XTSA1 is a silicon germanium broadband MMIC amplifier. It is a broadband-matched, general-purpose MMIC amplifier in a Darlington configuration. It is optimized for a typical supply current of 40mA. It is based on Infineon Technologies’ B7HF silicon germanium technology. It is used in applications such as driver amplifiers for GSM/PCS/CDMA/UMTS, broadband amplifiers for SAT-TV & LNBs, and broadband amplifiers for CATV.
- Cascadable 50 ohm-gain block, 1kV HBM ESD protection (pin-to-pin)
- Insertion power gain is 19.8dB typical at (f = 0.1GHz)
- Noise figure (ZS = 50 ohm) is 1.8dB typical at (f = 0.1GHz)
- Output power at 1dB gain compression is 12dBm typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Output third order intercept point is 25dBm typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Input return loss is 18dB typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Output return loss is 20dB typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Total device current is 40mA typical at (TA = 25°C)
- 70GHz fT - silicon germanium technology, absolute stable
