LT®6210 is a single current feedback amplifier with externally programmable supply current. Typical applications include buffers, video amplifiers, cable drivers, mobile communication and low power/battery applications.
- Wide supply range: 3V to 12V single supply and ±1.5V to ±6V dual supplies
- Programmable supply current and bandwidth: 10MHz/200MHz at 300µA/6mA per amplifier
- Slew rate: 700V/µs typ at V+ = 5V, V-= -5V, IS = 6mA and 20ns 0.1% settling for 2V step
- Rail-to-rail output: 0.05V to 2.85V on 3V single supply
- C-Load™ op-amp drives all capacitive loads
- ±75mA minimum output current at V+ = 5V, V-= -5V, IS = 6mA
- Low Distortion: -70dB typ HD2 at 1MHz 2VP-P and -75dB typ HD3 at 1MHz 2VP-P
- 0.20% typ differential gain and 0.10° typ differential phase
- 6 lead TSOT-23 package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
