The DCM242T450DF2B is a high-capacitance Aluminum Capacitor with high post screw terminals and PVC insulation. The type DCMC capacitor is the better choice for power supply filters and energy storage applications such as welding equipment, UPS systems and computer hold-up power. The extended cathode foil of the DCMC assures cool operation with heat flow from the capacitor element to the can.
