The 15011 is a black Statfree CV280™ conductive roll Hard Flat Mat designed for high traffic areas and is good for use under chairs and carts. The conductive vinyl mat is a 0.080-inch thick polymer matrix of PVC material. It is designed to provide a flooring surface that does not generate a static charge and will act as part of the path to ground for an operator wearing ESD footwear. When properly grounded, the resistance range (<1x10⁶Ω Rtt) will remain low enough to act as a path to ground with normal dirt and grim build up on a floor and meet the flooring required limit of ANSI/ESD S20.20 (1x10⁹Ω) tested per ANSI/ESD STM7.1 and ESD TR53. It is a suitable ESD flooring component in a footwear/flooring system meeting the ANSI/ESD S20.20 footwear/flooring requirements of <3.5x10⁷Ω per ANSI/ESD STM97.1 and <100V per ANSI/ESD STM97.2. To protect ESD floor tiles or minimize maintenance of ESD floor finish in high traffic areas, it can be used in conjunction with existing ESD flooring.
