The 2N7002K-7 is an N-channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET designed to minimize the on-state resistance (RDS(on)) and yet maintain superior switching performance, making it ideal for high efficiency power management applications. It features molded green plastic case, matte tin annealed over alloy 42 terminals and solderable lead frame per MIL-STD-202 standards.
