ULN2003AS16-13

ULN2003AS16-13 is a high voltage, high current Darlington array containing seven open collector common emitter pairs. Suppression diodes are included for inductive load driving. The inputs and outputs are pinned in opposition to simplify the board layout. This device is capable of driving a wide range of loads including solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays, filament lamps, thermal print heads, and high-power buffers.

• 500mA rated collector current (single output), high voltage output is 50V
• Collector cut-off current is 100µA max at (VCE = 50V, TA = +105°C)
• Input current is 0.82mA typical at (VI = 17V, TA = +25°C)
• Input capacitance is 25pF maximum at (VI = 0, f = 1MHz, TA = +25°C)
• Clamp reverse current is 100µA maximum at (VR = 50V, TA = +105°C)
• Propagation delay time, (low to high level output) is 1µs maximum at (TA = +25°C)
• Operating ambient temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
