CY7C65223-24LTXIT is a USB-UART single channel bridge controller. It enables seamless PC connectivity for peripherals with UART interface. It also integrates BCD functionality compliant with the USB battery charging specification, Rev. 1.2. It integrates a voltage regulator, an oscillator, and flash memory for storing configuration parameters, offering a cost-effective solution. This USB-UART single channel bridge controller supports bus-powered and self-powered modes and enables efficient system power management with suspend and remote wake-up signals.
- Support for communication driver class (CDC), personal healthcare device class (PHDC)
- Integrated USB termination resistors, charger detection
- Data rates upto 3Mbps, 190 bytes for each transmit and receive buffer
- Supports UART break signal, supports software flow control and flow control using CTS,RTS
- General-purpose input/output (GPIO) pins is 4
- 512byte flash for storing configuration parameters
- Operating voltage range from 1.71V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature is -40°C to 85°C
- ESD protection is 2.2KV HBM, 65USB hubs, CMOS technology code
- Packaging style is 24 pin QFN
