EVAL-S25FS256T is a SEMPER™ Nano S25FS256T memory module. This is a Pmod compatible memory module with a 256Mb 1.8V SEMPER™ Nano NOR Flash on board. The Pmod interface works with any MCU/SoC that supports SPI, making it easy to put together a hardware development platform for SEMPER™ Nano NOR flash. - Supports SPI and quad SPI
- Connects to any host platform (MCU/SoC)
- Ideal for use with SEMPER™ SDK
- 1.8V 256-Mbit NOR flash with SPI and quad SPI interfaces
- Supports 1S-1S-1S, 1S-1S-4S, and 1S-4S-4S protocols
- Built-in ECC corrects single-bit errors and detects 2-bit errors (SECDED) on memory array data
- Ready/Busy (RD/BY# = LOW) indicates that an internal event is ongoing
