The ITS724G is a 4-channel high-side vertical power MOSFET Switch with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input, diagnostic feedback and monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS® technology. It provides embedded protective functions and overvoltage protection (including load dump) with external resistor.
