SHIELDBTS500101TADTOBO1 is a 12V protected switch shield for Arduino comes with BTS50010-1TAD(RDS(ON) 1.0mohm), the lowest ohmic smart high-side power switch available in market. The shield can be controlled with the general logic IO-ports of a MCU. On board of the High Side Switch Shield is a self-protected BTS50010-1TAD an N-channel High Side MOSFET with an integrated driver IC in one package. In addition to the driver, several security features have been integrated, like OTP, short circuit and OVP. With the enhanced current sense pin IS it is possible to give a fault feedback after an overtemperature shut down, short to circuit or open load. Designed for relay and fuse replacement in power distribution and junction boxes, Power PROFET™ can drive resistive, capacitive and inductive loads(heating resistors, filter capacitors, motor, valves and pumps). Power PROFET™ family targets high current applications and applications with high switching cycles and high energy requirements.
