TLE49655MXTMA1 is a high precision automotive hall effect unipolar switch for 5V applications with highly accurate switching thresholds for operating temperatures up to 170°C. Target applications for the TLE4965-5M Hall switch are all applications that require a high precision hall switch with an operating temperature range from -40°C to 170°C. The TLE4965-5M is a unipolar switch with a typical operating point BOP = 7.5mT and a hysteresis of BHYS = 2.5mT. It is ideally suited for various position detection applications, e.g. gear stick, steering lock or brake light.
- Operating supply voltage range from 3.0V to 32V, AEC-Q100 qualified
- Operation from unregulated power supply, active error compensation
- High stability of magnetic thresholds, low jitter (typ. 0.28μs)
- 4kV ESD (HBM) performance
- Supply voltage range from 3.0V to 5.5V
- 1.5mA supply current (TA = 25°C) typ, low BOP: 7.5mT, BRP: 5mT sensitivity
- Open drain output interface, unipolar hall effect switch
- Reverse current is 2.5mA max (VDD = -0.3 V and 170°C)
- Chopper frequency is 350KHz typ (VDD = 5V, TA = 25°C)
- PG-SOT23-3-15 package, junction temperature range from -40 to 170°C
