TLI49631MXTMA1 is a high-precision hall effect sensor for 5V application with a latch characteristic and highly accurate switching thresholds for operating temperatures up to 125°C.
- Operating supply voltage range from 3.0V to 32V
- Operation from unregulated power supply, active error compensation
- High stability of magnetic thresholds, low jitter (typ. 0.28μs)
- 4kV ESD (HBM) performance
- 1.5mA supply current (TA = 25°C), high BOP: 2mT, BRP: -2mT sensitivity
- Reverse current is 2.5mA max (for VDD = -0.3V and 125°C)
- Output saturation voltage is 0.2V typ (IQ = 5mA, VDD = 5V, TA = 25°C)
- Power-on time is 50μs typ (VDD = 3V, B ≤ BRP - 0.5mT or B ≥ BOP + 0.5mT)
- Chopper frequency is 350KHz typ (VDD = 5V, TA = 25°C)
- PG-SOT23-3-15 package, ambient temperature range from -40 to 125°C
