7753

7753 is a 1Mohm high voltage source/switch module. Safety features are integrated into the design of the modules to help safeguard the user and the module. With proper use of the module and the Model 2790 mainframe, risk of ignition is minimal. It has built-in programmable constant I-source to perform low resistance measurements. The 7753 module also has a built-in programmable V-source and an I/V converter. These features allow the7753 module to be used with the Digital Multimeter (DMM) of the model 2790 to measure high resistance.

• Accuracy: 0.5% + 0.13V (2yr specification)
• Output level: programmable 50V to 500V (CH. 28)/output level: programmable 0 to 50mA (Ch. 27)
• Safety limit: current limited maximum current of 1mA
• Voltage burden: <1mV

Do not apply external sources to the 7753 module. Only the sources provided in the modules should be used for the test system.
