The 1130B from Keysight Technologies is an InfiniiMax 1.5GHz probe. For high speed differential or single ended probing in embedded designs, this InfiniiMax 1.5GHz differential probe amplifier is a perfect complement to Infiniium 600MHz to 1GHz and InfiniiVision 500MHz to 1GHz oscilloscopes. Its extremely low input capacitance, flat frequency response and patented resistor probe tip technology provide ultra-low loading of the DUT and superior signal fidelity.
- 30V peak maximum input voltage
- ±2.5V dynamic range
- DC offset range is ±12V when using probe offset
- Differential input resistance is 50Kohm
- Differential input capacitance range from 0.27pF to 0.34pF
- Single ended input resistance is 25Kohm
- Single ended input capacitance range from 0.44pF to 0.67pF
