L80000FR

The L80000FR is an Universal Counter which can be set up by the user for multiple operating modes. It offers frequency, period and rate (2 channels simultaneously), total (up or down, 2 channels simultaneously), stopwatch, time interval, arithmetic functions (A + B, A - B, A x B, A/B, A/B-1) applied to rate or total, batch control, AC phase angle, AC power factor and duty cycle. The hardware configuration is universal 85 to 264VAC power, no relays, no analogue output and no communication option. The Laureate dual-channel frequency, rate and period meter can display frequency from 0.005Hz to 1MHz, rate in engineering units or period. Values can range to 999999 counts. Applications include the accurate display of AC line frequency, RPM, speed from proximity switch inputs and flow from turbine flow meter inputs. The Laureate counter determines frequency by timing an integral number of periods over a specified gate time and then taking the inverse of period.
