The Q6015LT is a Teccor® internally triggered Quadrac TRIAC designed for AC switching and phase control applications. This Teccor® Thyristor is TRIAC and DIAC in a single package, which saves user expense by eliminating the need for separate TRIAC and DIAC components. It normally operates in quadrants I and III triggered from AC line.
