The FM600TU-07A is a N-channel high power MOSFET Module designed for use in low voltage switching applications. This module consists of 6 MOSFET switches with low RDS (ON) and a fast recovery body diode to yield low loss. The components and interconnects are isolated from the heat sink base plate. This offers simplified system assembly and thermal management. It is suitable for use with forklift, off-road electric vehicle, welder, UPS and chopper applications.
