Aperçu du produit
The TL431AIDBZR is a 3-terminal adjustable precision Shunt Regulator with an output voltage range between Vref and 36V, to be set by two external resistors. This device have a typical output impedance of 0.2Ω. Active output circuitry provides a very sharp turn-on characteristic, making these devices excellent replacements for Zener diodes in many applications like on-board regulation, adjustable power supplies and switching power supplies.
