867011-03 is a 100MHz PXI oscilloscope bundle. It includes the 5-slot PXIe-1083 PXI chassis and the PXIe-5110 PXI oscilloscope. It has two channels that sample up to 1GS/s. It features triggering modes, deep onboard memory, and an instrument driver that includes data streaming and analysis functions, ideal for applications with fast signals that require up to 100MHz of analog bandwidth and flexible measurement configurations. The included chassis features all hybrid connectors, 58W power and cooling, and an integrated Thunderbolt™ 3 MXI-Express controller. This bundle also includes two standard passive SP500X oscilloscope probes with fixed 10x attenuation for oscilloscopes that provide 1Mohm input impedance. It is ideal for automated device validation, high-channel-count test applications, combining measurements from different instruments in one system, and interactively exercising devices-under-test using no-code InstrumentStudio PC software.
