The S9S12VR48AF0VLF is a mixed signal 16-bit Microcontroller based on enhanced HCS12 CPU with CISC architecture operates at a maximum frequency of 25MHz. The device incorporates 48kB internal flash, 2kB internal RAM, 0.512kB EEPROM, 6-channel 10-bit A/D converter, LIN physical interface, a 5V regulator system and 24 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features peripherals like two serial communications interface (SCI) and one serial peripheral interface module (SPI).
