The FDC6330L is an Integrated Load Switch particularly suited for compact power management in portable electronic equipment where 3 to 20V input and 2.3A output current capability are needed.
- 3 to 20V Input voltage range
- 1.5 to 8V ON/OFF Voltage range
- 0.7W Maximum power dissipation
- VDROP = 0.2V at VIN = 12V, IL = 2.5A. R(ON) = 0.08Ω
- VDROP = 0.2V at VIN = 5V, IL = 1.6A. R(ON) = 0.125Ω
- Control MOSFET (Q1) includes Zener protection for ESD ruggedness (<gt/>6kV human body model)
- High performance PowerTrench™ technology for extremely low on-resistance
