The MC7805BDTRKG is a fixed output positive linear voltage regulator in 3 pin TO-252 package. This monolithic integrated circuit is designed as fixed voltage regulator for a wide variety of applications including local and oncard regulation. This regulator employs internal current limiting, thermal shutdown and safe area compensation.
